Please check your Wi-Fi details carefully. Ensure that the Wi-Fi network name and password are correct. It's worth checking them directly from your router or phone's Wi-Fi settings rather than typing from memory — capital letters, spaces, and symbols all matter. Each card is personalised for your property, so the cost of making your smart card can't be refunded once production has started, we will however be able to refund you for the acrylic, puck, and 'book' packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details. If you spot a mistake shortly after ordering, message us straight away and we'll do our best to catch it before your card is printed.
