• Your Wi-Fi network name and password, submitted at checkout so we can personalise your Welcome Nod, Card, or Framed Display

• Your choice of product options (e.g. wood finish, card colour)

When you browse our site, we may also collect:

• Standard technical information (IP address, browser type, device type) via cookies and analytics tools

• Any information you send us directly, such as through a contact form or email enquiry

 

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil your order, including producing your personalised NFC card and QR code

• Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, dispatch updates, customer service)

• Meet our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting records)

• Improve our website and product range

• Send you marketing communications, but only if you have actively opted in, and you can unsubscribe

3. Your Wi-Fi network name and password, specifically

We know this is sensitive information, so to be clear: your network name and password are used solely to produce your personalised product. They are not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order. We retain this information only for as long as necessary to complete your order and handle any related after-sales support, after which it is deleted.

4. Who we share your information with

We share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including:

• Wix — our website hosting and e-commerce platform

• Etsy — if you order through our Etsy shop

• Our payment processor — to securely process payments

• Delivery and courier services — to dispatch your order

• Make.com, Google Sheets, Templated.io, and PrintNode — the tools we use to automatically generate and print your personalised smart technology card.

These providers only receive the information they need to perform their specific function, and are required to keep it secure.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards to keep your data protected to UK standards.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
